Twoconnect Careers is seeking a Technical Project Administrator to support the Handover team with project administration, documentation, and supplier onboarding. You will coordinate meetings, maintain records, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.

The role suits a highly organised professional with construction-related education and experience in Jira, CRM, and document control. Remote work from the Philippines is expected with mid-shift hours.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline is essential.
• Previous experience in project administration, construction administration, technical administration, handover documentation, office administration, or a similar support role.
• Experience in construction, engineering, architecture, building, or technical project environment is highly regarded.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed project records.

Responsibilities

• Support the Handover team with project administration, coordination, and delivery activities.
• Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and audit trails using Jira, CRM systems, reports, and dashboards.
• Assist Senior Technical Handover Success Managers with day-to-day project administration, coordination, and follow-up tasks.
• Assist with supplier and subcontractor onboarding, including documentation collection and follow-ups.
• Proactively liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to support project progress.
