Twoconnect Careers is seeking a Construction Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to prepare accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for concrete formwork and structural projects.

You will review drawings, support tenders and variations, and maintain estimating data while collaborating with Estimators, Contract Administrators, and Project Managers. This role offers work-from-home flexibility and exposure to international projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven estimating experience for concrete formwork or structural projects.
• Strong ability to interpret GA/structural drawings and prepare take-offs and estimates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for concrete formwork and structural projects.
• Review GA drawings and specs to determine scope and pricing requirements.
• Measure slabs, columns, walls, beams, and formwork areas for accurate quantities.
• Support tender submissions, estimate reviews, pricing updates, and cost reconciliations.
• Maintain documentation and estimating databases; manage document control.
