Job summary

Our World Energy is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee residential solar projects from sale through completion in a fully remote, independent contractor setup. You will manage timelines, coordinate with homeowners and internal teams, and ensure milestones meet internal SLAs.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service and project coordination, 1+ year in solar operations, and strong communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.

• Experience coordinating with homeowners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft and deliver milestone updates to homeowners.
• Coordinate across departments and manage project timelines within SLAs.
• Assist with loan reimbursements and milestone payments related to finance timelines.
• Track and report on project progress and key metrics.
• Support referral and review programs and other duties as assigned.
