Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Collections - Supervisor for remote, night-shift operations in the Philippines. You will supervise daily portfolio coverage, coach analysts, and manage high-risk disputes, while collaborating with Cash Applications and Billing teams.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in commercial B2B collections or accounts receivable.
1–2 years in a lead, supervisory, or senior capacity.
Deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and DSO/aging reduction.
Proficient in enterprise ERP systems and advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

Oversee daily portfolio coverage and monitor collector activity.
Assign account queues and prioritize collection workflows based on risk and aging metrics.
Provide coaching and performance evaluations to Collections Analysts; lead onboarding and trainings.
Collaborate with Cash Applications and Billing to clear unapplied cash and resolve short-pays.
Enforce adherence to collection policies, documentation standards, and SOX controls.
Review aging trends and promote process improvements to accelerate cash conversion.
