Realynk Assistants (Formerly Trans Support) is seeking a motivated Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to join our team. You will make outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team, while maintaining a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication, resilience, and the ability to handle objections while meeting daily targets in a remote work setup.

Competenze

• Prior experience in cold calling or telemarketing is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable making 100–300+ outbound calls per day.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, GoHighLevel).
• Familiarity with dialers (Aircall, RingCentral, Five9).
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work remotely.
