Qualifications

• Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, lead generation, or sales preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Comfortable making 100-300+ outbound calls per day.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM or GoHighLevel.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
• Introduce the company's products or services and communicate their value.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria.
• Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Follow call scripts while adapting to conversations.

• Conduct follow-up calls when necessary.
