Job summary

3Cloud is seeking an Azure-focused support engineer to join our remote team in the Philippines. You will handle unassigned tickets, assist with backups, and manage VM provisioning in Azure and other cloud environments.

The role requires 1–2 years of Azure experience, familiarity with ITIL processes, and strong communication skills. Remote in the Philippines with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1-2 years Azure experience and exposure to a ticketing system.
• 1-2 years experience with cloud servers and virtualization environments.
• Experience in 24x7 managed services or NOC environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM systems.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms (AWS) incl. IaaS/PaaS/SaaS.
• Windows and Linux admin experience; scale of virtual servers.
• Azure services knowledge (Policy, Cost Management, AD, Monitor).
• Strong communication; vendor management and fast-paced work.
• AZ-104 certification and ITIL foundation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Code all unassigned tickets and provide initial support on alerting tickets.
• Manage Microsoft support escalation tickets.
• Perform VM resizes and create new VMs as time permits.
• Troubleshoot and re-install Azure agents for backups/patching.
• Provide initial support for backup failure tickets and patching.
• Assist with patching as required.
