Job summary

Core-VA Solutions in the U.S. health staffing space is seeking a Remote USRN Trainer to support and mentor remote clinical teams. You will conduct patient assessments, coordinate care, and ensure accurate documentation while upholding HIPAA and regulatory standards.

You will work 100% remotely during U.S. Central Time business hours, training staff, guiding workflows, and driving quality and compliance initiatives across virtual teams.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. RN license, Texas preferred.
• Experience supporting U.S. healthcare providers remotely.
• Proficient in patient assessment, care planning, and documentation.
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems (Epic or Cerner).

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient assessments and telehealth follow-ups.
• Develop individualized care plans from nursing assessments.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Review medications and support medication management.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant and accurate clinical documentation.
• Train, coach, and mentor clinical staff on documentation and workflows.
• Assess staff competency and provide ongoing clinical guidance.
• Assist with delegation oversight and clinical process improvement.
• Support healthcare operations through remote coordination and admin tasks.

What You'll Do

As a Remote USRN Trainer, you'll provide virtual clinical support while training and mentoring remote healthcare teams. You'll conduct patient assessments, coordinate care, oversee clinical documentation, support compliance, and help ensure staff are confident, competent, and equipped to deliver high-quality care.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Review medications, reconcile medication lists, and support medication management
• Provide virtual patient assessments and telehealth follow-ups

• Assess staff competency and provide ongoing clinical guidance

Requirements

What We're Looking For

You’ll likely thrive in this role if you have:

• Active U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) License - Texas License preferred
• Previous experience supporting U.S. healthcare providers
• Strong knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, and clinical documentation
• Experience using EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
• Solid understanding of HIPAA, healthcare compliance, and nursing standards
• Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment duringU.S. Central Time (CST)business hours

Nice To Have

• Remote nursing or virtual clinical support experience
• Training, coaching, mentoring, or clinical education experience
• BPO or Clinical Process Outsourcing (CPO) experience
