Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a reliable Client Support & Social Media Coordinator to back a growing fitness-focused team serving seniors in the United States. The role blends client coordination, CRM management, referral outreach, and social media content creation.

You will publish posts, engage with seniors and families, and help nurture partner relationships. The candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely 20 hours/week during Eastern Time business hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in virtual assistance, administration, or customer service.
• Experience creating and posting social media content.
• Proficiency with Canva for simple graphics and marketing materials.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with warm leads and coordinate trials for clients.
• Manage communications with clients and trainers via phone, email, and text.
• Coordinate new client and trainer matching and scheduling.
• Create and publish social media content using existing materials.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM records and support CRM transitions.
• Support outreach to referral partners and marketing outreach plans.
