Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to own and drive multi-brand campaigns from a remote setup. You will manage social channels, email campaigns, and content creation across four business areas, using Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Canva, and GA4 for analytics. The role emphasizes independent work, SEO basics, and AI-assisted content development.

Part‑Time: Mon–Thu 9:30 AM–1:30 PM BST, Fri 9:00 AM–1:00 PM BST (20 hours/week). Experience with WordPress and analytics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting digital marketing activities and managing business social media platforms.
• Experience with email marketing and basic graphic/content production skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing analytics, reporting, and SEO fundamentals.
• Excellent written English, strong professional judgement, and good research skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage content across multiple brands.
• Comfortable using AI tools and learning unfamiliar platforms and systems.
• Proactive, curious, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content Management: manage activity across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn; adapt content for platforms; schedule content across brands.
• Email Marketing: assist with creating, organizing, and scheduling campaigns; monitor performance.
• Marketing Design & Production: create basic marketing materials and digital graphics using templates.
• Research & Marketing Development: conduct market and industry research; summarize findings with recommendations.
• Analytics & Reporting: support marketing performance reporting; monitor GA4 and other data; present insights.
• Website & SEO Support: assist with WordPress updates and SEO improvements.
• AI & Marketing Technology: use AI tools for content development; review and refine outputs.
