BruntWork is seeking a highly organized Digital Marketing Executive to support executive operations, manage digital platforms, and streamline property administration in a fully remote role. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing business from home.

You will handle calendars and emails, update WordPress sites, manage Google Business Profile and basic SEO, coordinate with contractors and agencies, and maintain CRM and tenant records.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Experience with WordPress or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Google Business Profile management.
• Basic SEO knowledge.
• Canva proficiency preferred.
• Commercial property administration experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Executive calendar and email management.
• Website updates on WordPress or similar platform.

• SEO coordination with external providers.
• Online reputation and review management.
• CRM and database maintenance.
