The role involves handling inquiries via email, phone, or chat; meeting service level goals; assisting with account setup, orders, and billing training; and collaborating with other teams as needed in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service for client inquiries via email, phone, or chat with empathy.
• Meet response and resolution time goals for client cases.
• Educate clients on searches, forms needed for searches, and the adverse action process.
• Assist clients with creating new user accounts, processing orders, and training on the background screening application.
• Train new clients on the billing process.
• Assist other departments in obtaining information and forms needed from clients to perform searches.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary:

The Client Services Representative will assist our clients with questions, concerns, and educate them on Verified First’s products and services. The successful person in this role will encourage a direct and positive relationship between Verified First and our clients.

How our Client Services Representative spends their time:

• Provide world-class service for client inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a professional and empathetic manner;
• Meet the goals of the Client Service team around response times and resolution times for client cases;
• Educate clients on searches, forms needed for searches, and the adverse action process;
• Assist clients with creating new user accounts, processing orders, and training clients on how to use the background screening application;
• Train new clients on the billing process;
• Assist other departments in obtaining information and forms needed from clients to perform searches;
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required;
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a Client Services Department in a call center environment;
• Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office products;
• Experience in Salesforce is preferred;
• Background screening experience is preferred;
• Proven ability to build, nurture, and retain client relationships;
• Able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time;
• Navigate between multiple windows/browsers with ease, perform extensive internet research, and type 45 WPM
