Job summary

Smart Apartment Data is seeking a dedicated onboarding and customer success professional to own the post-sale journey. You will lead onboarding, training, and early check-ins while coordinating across sales, product, accounting, and leadership to ensure customers derive real value and renew.

You will execute proactive follow-ups, refine workflows, and report outcomes. The role emphasizes strong English communication and a track record of driving customer success across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating people, processes, or projects across teams.
• Proactive mindset: spots gaps, asks questions, moves things forward.
• Methodical, organized, and reliable in following through.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding process for new customers: training, setup, early check-ins.
• Run regular follow-ups to prevent churn and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with sales, product, accounting, and leadership on escalations.
• Build and improve workflows beyond simple checklists.
• Follow through until issues are resolved and nothing falls through the cracks.
• Report on what works, what doesn’t, and what needs attention.
