Growth Scaling, a collaboration between Piedmont Avenue Consulting, Inc. and Healthcare Marketing Group, is seeking a remote, full-time Client Success & Account Manager to be the client-facing liaison our clients trust.

You will own the client journey from onboarding to ongoing delivery, coordinating across US-based teams and our Philippines squad, maintaining one voice, and ensuring no lead or instruction is missed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management or client success.
• Experience working with U.S. clients.
• Strong follow-through and confident communication with clients.
• Ability to manage 20+ clients with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from onboarding through long‑term delivery; manage 20+ clients monthly.
• Serve as the single point of contact for your clients.
• Present our firm as one team and route requests internally.
• Keep initiatives on track across websites, staff training, events, onboarding new physicians/providers, and new hires.
• Build long‑term client relationships and proactively address concerns.
