Skye Wealth Planning Inc. in the Philippines seeks a detail-focused administrator to drive end-to-end personal insurance applications, liaising with clients, advisers, and providers to keep cycles moving.

You will maintain 100% data accuracy in client records, support senior advisers with calendars and reporting, and propose quarterly workflow improvements, all while delivering warm, service-oriented communication. This role is fully remote with a global, growth-minded team.

Competenze

• Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Clear written and verbal English communication and client focus.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Drive end-to-end processing of personal insurance applications and manage provider follow-ups.
• Serve as primary contact for client and provider inquiries via phone and email.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in client records and CRM updates in line with regulatory standards.
• Support Senior Advisers by coordinating calendars, deadlines, and client reports.
• Suggest at least one workflow improvement each quarter to enhance client experience.
