Job summary

TOA Global Pty in the Philippines is seeking a Client Service Officer to support onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing client-advisor relationships. You will manage statements, engagement documents, and provider forms for Australian wealth management clients.

The role focuses on accurate CRM data maintenance, timely reminders, and clear communication, with a 100% remote, daytime schedule and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative or customer service experience in financial services.
• Exposure to Australian wealth management or financial planning is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & Scheduling: coordinate bookings, confirmations, reminders, onboarding checklists and portal access.
• Advice Preparation & Implementation: gather statements, prepare templated documents, manage forms and track statuses.
• Ongoing Service & Compliance Support: track OFA, FDS dates, CRM notes and SharePoint files.
• Communications & Workflow Management: serve as first contact for non-advice inquiries and provide status updates.
