Job summary

WrkPod Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Client Services Administrator to support back-office tasks, deliver accurate reporting, and ensure exceptional client service.

You will collaborate with financial planners, process documents, and liaison with banks and insurers to keep operations running smoothly; a degree in accounting or related field and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce, or related field.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with financial software (Xero, SAP, MYOB, QuickBooks, Xplan, insurance quoting tools) is a bonus.
• Previous experience as a VA or supporting international clients is an advantage.
• Understanding of financial services, banking, or accounting is a plus.
• Proven customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Crunch numbers, prepare reports, letters, and client communications.
• Lodge applications and client documentation on time and error-free.
