Job summary

Deployed Philippines Inc. is seeking a client service professional to support insurance client communications, schedule appointments, and maintain CRM records. The role includes a formal paraplanning training track to prepare advice reports for advisers and ensure accurate documentation.

You will manage client anniversaries, arrears, and related paperwork with professional phone and email outreach, contributing to a smooth client experience in a supportive team within a BPO setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor automated client anniversary system and action review reminders as they fall due.
• Phone clients who need an appointment and book them into the correct adviser’s calendar.
• Follow up clients who have not responded to automated reminders, by phone and email.
• Keep client records in our CRM accurate and up to date after every contact.
• Monitor arrears and missed-premium notices received from insurance providers.
• Contact affected clients promptly and professionally to help them resolve the missed payment and keep their cover in place.
• Update payment details or arrange reinstatement paperwork with the provider where required.
• Escalate to the client's adviser any case where cover is at risk of lapsing, or where the client wants to reduce or cancel their cover.
• Record every action taken on the client file.
• After you are settled in the client service work, we will train you to prepare advice reports (Statements of Advice) for our advisers. This covers: Personal risk insurance, life, trauma, TPD, income protection, and health insurance; Basic KiwiSaver planning and reporting; Preparing product research and quote comparisons across New Zealand insurance and KiwiSaver providers; Building reports from the adviser’s meeting notes and fact find, to Sprout's documented standard; Checking files for completeness and flagging any gaps or inconsistencies to the adviser before a report is finalise.
