Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in financial planning, paraplanning, or senior adviser support roles.
• Proficient with Xplan and financial modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of Australian financial advice processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review SOAs and ROAs with accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate strategy development and client files for advisory teams.
• Manage end-to-end implementation of advised solutions and track progress.
