Job summary

Pavago Wealth Management is seeking a detail-oriented admin for custodian operations and client account administration. You will support the advisory team, manage custodial forms, and maintain accurate records across systems to ensure smooth client service.

Remote role open to candidates in the Philippines and other regions. Strong knowledge of Schwab Advisor Services and brokerage workflows is essential, with excellent English communication and high accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Schwab Advisor Services custodian platform.
• Experience with LPL Financial custodian is a strong plus and prioritized.
• Solid understanding of wealth management account types and admin processes.
• Proficiency with custodian portals, document management, and broker-dealer workflows.
• Strong written English for client-facing and custodian correspondence.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage account openings, transfers, and maintenance tasks on Schwab custodian platform.
• Prepare forms and documents required by custodians for advisors and clients.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the advisory team and coordinate tasks.
• Maintain organized client records and update internal systems.
• Handle routine client and custodian communications and follow up on requests.
• Assist with documentation compliant with registered investment advisor standards.
