Job summary

Adaptive Teams is seeking a client-focused role that blends account management with product success for an AI-driven ad analysis platform. Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships in an agency or service-based environment.
• Background in Customer Success, Product Success or SaaS support.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Analytical thinker able to explain performance data in plain language.
• Organized and able to own priorities and drive tasks.
• Tech-savvy with CRMs, Google Workspace, Slack and dashboards.
• Familiarity with Amazon Ads or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of advertising clients and AI tool users.
• Own client communication end-to-end: emails, calls, follow-ups, and proactive check-ins.
• Translate advertising performance and product insights into actionable recommendations.
• Run biweekly or monthly client calls to align on goals, performance, and next steps.
• Support onboarding and ongoing adoption of the AI ad analysis platform.
• Gather client and user feedback and turn it into insights for internal teams.
• Collaborate with PPC managers, product, and leadership to meet objectives.
• Hold internal stakeholders accountable for deliverables and timelines.
• Track account health, satisfaction, and risk signals across service and product clients.
• Keep CRM, documentation, and internal tools accurate and up to date.
