The role emphasizes client success, operational efficiency, and collaboration with the Service Delivery Manager and Clinical teams to align resources with demand.

You will run regular reports, translate workforce data into insights, support onboarding for large and small programs, and respond to client inquiries promptly using tools like Hubspot.

Formación

• 3+ years in business support roles with a focus on customer success, communications and data.
• Experience in workforce planning and the effective use of scheduling tools and best practices.
• Proficient with Excel; PowerBI capability is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day scheduling of group activities for global clients and support onboarding and reporting.
• Run reports from the Digital Therapy platform and translate data into clear insights for clients.
• Support onboarding for large-scale programs and smaller engagements with efficient implementation.
• Coordinate with clinical teams and the Service Delivery Manager to schedule sessions according to availability.
• Respond to client queries via channels like Hubspot and maintain accurate records.
