Job summary

Zevo Group is a dynamic, remote-friendly employer seeking an Operations & Workforce Planning Specialist based in the Philippines. You will manage scheduling, onboarding, and reporting for global clients, working an evening shift (12PM–9PM) and collaborating across teams to ensure smooth operations and client success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business support roles focused on customer success and data.
• Proven workforce planning experience with scheduling tools.
• Strong experience with AI tools.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights.
• Excellent client communication and meeting leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with ownership of responsibilities.
• Experience with scheduling or event management is a bonus.
• Excel proficiency; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling day-to-day client activities and workshops.
• Run and improve workforce planning and scheduling processes.
• Support onboarding for large programs and agile engagements.
• Provide first-line client support for scheduling inquiries.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and the SDM to plan launches and days.
• Record client communications and maintain reporting.
• Teamwork and uphold Zevo values.
