Job summary

Sourcedpeople is seeking a Delivery Coordinator in the Philippines to support Delivery Managers in delivering e-commerce projects and monthly retainers on time and within budget. The role focuses on handling administrative tasks and coordinating internal resources to ensure smooth project execution.

You will participate in planning, tracking, and reporting, while attending stakeholder meetings and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications

• Assist with delivering e-commerce projects and monthly retainers on time and within budget by handling administrative tasks and coordinating resources.
• Experience coordinating resources across project teams and ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative tasks for the Delivery Manager and Account Managers.
• Ensure correct application of the delivery management process across all assigned projects.
• Create outcome-led tasks from discovery and scope of work with user stories, clear descriptions and acceptance criteria.
• Assign tasks to internal resources (developers, designers, testing etc), and monitor progress daily.
• Provide clear feedback on tasks to resources and report issues with expected results.
• Attend and document decisions in WIPs and stakeholder meetings and follow up on actions.
• Maintain a detailed project plan or roadmap and documentation (Jira tickets, briefs, handover, etc).
• Flag out-of-scope requests and manage change requests to prevent scope creep.
• Submit project and retainer status reports including milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues.
• Support, mentor and collaborate with Delivery and Account Management teams.
