Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a Claims Team Leader in Metro Manila to oversee a claims team, ensuring efficient handling and top-tier customer experience. You will mentor staff, drive performance, and align with SLAs using the XClaim platform.

You will collaborate with leadership, Process Engineers, and Support teams to optimize operations and maintain NPS targets while supporting a remote shift model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in claims handling, with supervisory/leadership exposure.
• Fluency in English (verbal & written) is essential.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in a related field is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of claims agents to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Supervise day-to-day claims adjudication tasks; allocate resources and staffing.
