Job summary

obs is seeking an insurance administrator in the Philippines to support general insurance administration and claims processes. You will manage day-to-day admin tasks, prepare statements, maintain records, lodge and follow up claims, and liaise with clients and insurers by email and phone.

WinBEAT experience is mandatory; you will work with Australian brokers and insurers, handle endorsements or new business occasionally, and contribute to pre-renewal declarations and documentation while ensuring

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Australian general insurance administration or broking.
• Hands-on experience using WinBEAT is mandatory.
• Experience with insurance claims and claims follow-up.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with Australian insurance brokers or insurers is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general insurance administration and data entry.
• Lodge and follow up claims with insurers, assessors, and clients.
• Prepare client statements, pre-renewal declarations, and documentation.
• Handle emails, calls, and general client enquiries.
• Maintain accurate client, policy, and claims records.
• Process endorsements or new business when required.
• Escalate complex matters to the appropriate team member.
• Complete ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team.
