Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Administration Specialist (Zoho Desk) to support the US claims team from a remote Philippine base. You will review incoming claims, verify details, and maintain accurate records in Zoho Desk and Zoho CRM.

The role requires excellent English communication, strong data accuracy, and the ability to coordinate with US customers, restoration providers, and technicians while following SOPs.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Strong data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with outbound calls to US clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming claims and verify details, update statuses.
• Maintain Zoho Desk and Zoho CRM records, remove duplicates.
• Coordinate with restoration providers and technicians.
• Communicate with US customers and dealers via phone and email.
• Follow SOPs and manage daily workflows.
