HRTx Inc. is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to lead and align Sales and Marketing with the company’s growth agenda.

You will translate strategy into disciplined execution, drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion, while ensuring cross-functional alignment with Supply Chain, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Finance. The role requires extensive experience in leading both Sales and Marketing teams, a strong pharma/healthcare or consumer industries background, and proven ability

Qualificações

• 10–15+ years in senior commercial leadership across Sales/Marketing/Operations.
• Experience leading both Sales and Marketing teams or integrated commercial programs.
• Strong background in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or consumer industries.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Sales and Marketing aligned with corporate objectives.
• Translate growth priorities into integrated commercial plans with clear accountability and metrics.
• Lead Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Establish discipline in operating rhythms, performance reviews, and resource allocation.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Finance, and HR for execution.
• Monitor and improve sales planning, forecasting, and field execution.
• Oversee brand strategy, portfolio performance, and marketing effectiveness to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements in all commercial activities.
