Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking a sharp, high-agency Chief of Staff (Executive Assistant) to own recruiting, offshore staff training, and operational support for a fast-growing AI healthcare startup. This generalist leadership role is built for someone who picks up new systems quickly, runs independently, and delivers outcomes without a fixed playbook.

You will split time between recruiting, training offshore staff, and supporting navigation, operations, and other projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across executive assistant, chief of staff, head of recruitment, or high-ownership generalist roles.
• Demonstrated stability with 2+ years at each employer.
• Exceptional written and spoken English fluency for training and communication-heavy work.

Responsibilities

• Recruit across multiple job boards, manage pipeline and hit hiring targets.
• Train offshore staff on tools, systems, workflows, and onboarding processes.
• Schedule and coordinate all interview rounds with lead time and calendar invites.
• Support operations and navigation projects, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
