Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking a Senior Operator to partner with the Founder and leadership on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives. You will drive execution across strategy, operating models, AI implementation, and new ventures, ensuring measurable outcomes and clear accountability.

You will own complex programs, align stakeholders, and build scalable systems to accelerate growth and portfolio performance. This is a fully remote, high-ownership role with broad impact.

Qualifications

• 7–15+ years of relevant experience
• Deep experience in business operations, strategic initiatives, transformation, or enterprise program management
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority
• Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
• High ownership and judgment

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-impact initiatives from concept through execution
• Build project plans, milestones, workstreams, dependencies, and success metrics
• Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
• Drive cross-functional teams toward measurable outcomes
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies before they derail execution
• Establish operating cadences and executive reporting
• Keep senior stakeholders aligned and accountable
• Improve how Advantage HQ operates and scales
• Design and implement operating systems, processes, and workflows
• Build visibility into health and progress of critical initiatives
• Support annual planning, OKRs, KPIs, and organizational priorities
• Help reduce founder dependency through stronger systems, ownership, and accountability
