Penbrothers is seeking a Cash Receipts Specialist to handle data entry and daily cash receipt processing. You will input payments via paper checks, ACH, and credit cards while ensuring accurate posting to bank accounts and customer ledgers.

Collaborating closely with Accounts Receivable, you will assist with statements, invoices, and follow-ups. The role requires attention to detail and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in accounting or related field.
• 3+ years experience in a similar accounting role.

Responsibilities

• Enter data and process cash receipts (checks, ACH, cards).
• Monitor and reconcile remittance with deposits.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable on statements/invoices and follow-ups.
• Communicate with accounting team on discrepancies and research as needed.
