Job summary

Penbrothers is looking for a Travel Operations Specialist to manage hotel reservation confirmations and credit card authorizations. You will communicate with hotels to secure bookings and verify payments, and independently resolve issues that arise.

You’ll also contribute to product QA by testing internal tools and reporting bugs. This role suits a resourceful generalist thriving in operations, communication, and internal support.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in travel coordination, hotel reservations, payment processing, or customer support.
• Excellent phone and written communication with a calm, professional approach.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks.
• Ability to handle sensitive payment data securely and responsibly.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM systems.
