Job summary

IntouchCX seeks a seasoned Campaign Manager, Demand Generation to lead content strategy and execution for enterprise buyers in the BPO and CX space, with a focus on North America. You will refine positioning, shape messaging, and drive content across formats that support awareness, engagement, and conversions.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure voice consistency, optimize paid channels, and accelerate deals through data-driven content programs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in marketing, communications, journalism or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B content marketing with a focus on positioning and messaging.
• Experience with BPO or CX organizations and enterprise North America content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead content strategies aligned with campaign objectives and buyer needs.
• Create positioning frameworks that differentiate offerings and aid sales conversations.
• Deliver content across blogs, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, emails, and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with Brand & Comms and Campaign Managers to ensure tone and messaging consistency.
• Optimize content across paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Demandbase, etc.).
• Partner with Sales/BDRs to address buyer pain points and accelerate deals.
• Build editorial calendars for multi-channel campaigns and outbound initiatives.
• Translate strategy into visuals and copy with creative teams.
• Review content for clarity and accuracy; analyze performance to improve conversions.
