Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Campaign Manager, Demand Generation to lead content strategy and execution in a fast-paced B2B environment. You will refine positioning and create enterprise-focused content that resonates with North American buyers across the CX and BPO space.

You will collaborate with Sales, Brand & Comms, and BDR teams to drive multi-channel campaigns, optimize content for paid channels, and accelerate deals. Remote work with distributed teams is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B content marketing experience with a focus on positioning and messaging.
• Experience with BPO or CX-focused organizations strongly preferred.
• Proven success in developing high-performing content for enterprise audiences in North America.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills across long-form and short-form formats.
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, agile teams with content strategy planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead content strategies aligned with campaign objectives, industry trends, and buyer needs across BPO and CX ecosystem.
• Create positioning frameworks that highlight differentiators and support sales conversations.
• Deliver content across formats: landing pages, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, emails, sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate with Brand & Comms and Campaign Managers to ensure voice and messaging consistency.
• Optimize content across paid channels (Google Ads, Demandbase, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Partner with Sales and BDRs to craft content that addresses buyer pain points and supports deal acceleration.
• Build and manage editorial calendars for multi-channel campaigns and outbound initiatives.
• Work with creative teams to translate strategy into visuals and copy.
• Review/edit content for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
• Analyze content performance and provide insights to improve conversions.
