We seek a Marketing Cloud Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns, from strategy through attribution, across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, email, SMS, websites, and paid search.

You will own customer journeys, data management, compliance, and performance reporting while collaborating with internal teams and driving revenue attribution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• 3+ years of email marketing ownership.
• 2+ years managing Google Ads with direct budget accountability.
• Hands-on experience across marketing automation, email, SMS, website management, paid search, analytics, and creative production.
• Language proficiency: Excellent written English.
• Ability to write customer-facing marketing copy in the company's voice.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder.
• Manage Data Extensions, audience segmentation, SQL queries, and Automation Studio workflows.
• Build and execute email campaigns using Email Studio and Content Builder.
• Manage email deliverability, list hygiene, suppression, preferences, and A/B testing.
• Develop and manage SMS campaigns while maintaining TCPA and 10DLC compliance.
• Maintain the company website, landing pages, forms, conversion tracking, and local SEO.
• Ensure website forms and lead sources integrate correctly with Salesforce.
• Maintain brand guidelines and produce marketing and sales collateral.
• Build and manage Google Ads campaigns with budget and cost-per-lead accountability.
• Monitor marketing performance, including lead volume, CPL, ROAS, email/SMS performance, and web conversions.
• Connect marketing activity to closed revenue through Salesforce reporting and attribution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and independently prioritize marketing initiatives.
