ConnectUs Marketing Solutions Inc. is hiring a Call Center Agent for a permanent work-from-home setup in the Philippines. Responsibilities include outbound surveys, lead generation, event invitations, inbound queries, CRM data entry, emails, and reporting using MS Office and Google Drive.

You will meet SLAs and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements include excellent English, 40 WPM, ability to work under pressure, multitask and adapt to different personalities.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different personalities.
• Intelligent.
• No BPO experience required; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations and/or sales.
• Inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close lead/sales.
• Data entry to update CRM software.
• Respond to emails.
• Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Meet service level agreements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
