ConnectUs Marketing Solutions, Inc. is hiring a part-time Call Center Agent for Batangas City, offering hybrid or on-site work arrangements. The role involves handling outbound surveys and lead generation, as well as inbound support to resolve queries and close sales.

You will perform data entry in CRM, respond to emails, and generate reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive, with a graveyard shift pattern Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays. No BPO experience is required.

• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, events, and/or sales.
• Inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close leads/sales.
• Data entry to update CRM records.
• Respond to emails.

• Meet the service level agreements set forth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
