Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation.
• Comfortable speaking with decision-makers and conducting professional phone-based outreach.
• Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting and lead generation.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• High attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients that align with Satellite Teams' target market.
• Build and maintain prospect databases using LinkedIn, company websites, and other online resources.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers, including business owners, founders, executives, and hiring managers.
• Qualify leads and assess potential fit based on Satellite Teams' service offerings.
• Draft personalized outreach messages and follow-up communications.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
• Perform cold calls to prospective clients to introduce Satellite Teams' services and generate interest.
• Schedule discovery calls and meetings with qualified prospects.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Track engagement and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions.
• Maintain and update CRM records accurately and consistently.
• Manage lead statuses, tasks, follow-up reminders, and pipeline stages.
• Ensure prospect and client information is organized and up to date.
• Generate reports and provide sales pipeline updates to leadership.
• Prepare and send agreements through DocuSign.
• Coordinate the preparation and execution of client agreements, proposals, and related documents.
• Track contract status and follow up on pending signatures.
• Maintain organized records of client agreements and documentation.
• Assist with content posting and scheduling.
• Support email marketing and business development campaigns.
• Research industry trends and potential partnership opportunities.
• Help maintain marketing assets and content libraries.
