Job summary

Satellite Office in Pasig City seeks a highly organized Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to support growth initiatives by partnering with Marketing and NBD teams. You will help with lead generation, prospect management, market research, CRM administration, and marketing project coordination.

The role requires analytical thinking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting Business Development activities including prospecting, lead generation, account research, pipeline management, and sales support.
• 2+ years of experience supporting Marketing initiatives including campaign coordination, marketing operations, content support, event management, or related marketing functions.
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience using prospecting and business intelligence tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar.
• Strong understanding of lead management, sales pipelines, and marketing workflows.
• Advanced English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Amenable to onsite work at Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Support lead generation through prospect research, list building, data cleansing, and outreach activities.
• Maintain records in CRM platforms (Salesforce, ZoomInfo).
• Identify, qualify, and track new business opportunities and prepare supporting materials.
• Coordinate marketing projects from planning through execution and manage timelines.
• Manage campaign lists, data imports, audience segmentation, reporting, and lead routing.
• Generate reports on lead generation, campaign performance, and pipeline activities.
