Job summary

DOXA is hiring a Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to own and grow our staffing brand. The role blends creative design with hands-on digital marketing, dedicating ~80% to social media, website design, email campaigns, and content, with ~20% supporting recruiting operations.

Fully remote from The Philippines, you will work with international teams and use advanced English skills (B2+ / C1). The position runs Monday-Thursday 8:00-19:00 PT with a 1-hour lunch break, totaling 40 hours

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in digital marketing, content creation and social media management.
Experience creating content across social media, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns and websites.
Experience in staffing, recruiting or professional services marketing preferred.
Experience leading or contributing to a website redesign or launch preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage digital marketing strategy; publish daily LinkedIn content and on-brand graphics.
Lead design, development and launch of a new company website within 90 days.
Create, design and distribute monthly client and candidate newsletters and seasonal campaigns.
Track LinkedIn engagement, website traffic and email performance; report metrics and improvements.
Maintain databases and support recruiting operations (offers, background checks, milestones).
