Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in digital marketing and content creation.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or professional services marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the digital marketing strategy with leadership.
• Create, design, and publish daily LinkedIn content, company culture features, job postings, and on-brand graphics across social media, blogs, newsletters, and the website.
• Lead the design, development, and launch of a new company website within the first 90 days, writing and publishing content, including about two blog posts per quarter, and maintaining it after launch.
• Create, design, and distribute monthly client and candidate newsletters plus seasonal and holiday email campaigns, maintaining a content calendar and monitoring open and click-through rates.
• Track and report on LinkedIn engagement, website traffic, newsletter and email performance, and brand visibility, establishing baseline metrics in the first 30 days and recommending improvements to leadership.
• Maintain accurate candidate, client, and marketing contact databases, and support recruiting operations by preparing offer letters, coordinating background and reference checks, tracking contract extensions and milestones, and following up with candidates.
