Job summary

Delegate CX is hiring a Home-Based Bookkeeping AR/AP Clerk to support our US client in a full-time role from the Philippines. The position emphasizes accurate accounts payable/receivable processing, payroll, and sales tax remittances, with strict attention to detail and timely reporting.

You will work with QuickBooks Online and MS Office, collaborating with leadership to reconcile accounts and deliver reliable financial data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years bookkeeping experience with US-based clients.
• Very proficient in English (written & spoken).
• Ability to work within US operating hours.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and MS Office.
• Experience with AR/AP, payroll, and sales tax.
• Experience reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
• Bonus: experience in the promotional products industry.
• Bonus: familiarity with Facilis Syncore ERP.
• Bonus: overnight shifts to support USA hours.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve supplier bills for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and process weekly payments (checks/credit cards).
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with suppliers about inquiries and payment status.
• Prepare and issue client invoices; record and apply payments.
• Manage collections and AR aging; send statements/reminders.
• Process payroll and file sales tax remittances.
• Manage QuickBooks Online bank feeds and journal entries.
• Collaborate with CFO on reconciliations and reporting.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
