Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, strong English communication, and can align with US-based workflows. This is an Independent Contractor role with a night-shift overlap.

Qualifications

• 2+ years bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience supporting a US-based company is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Record and categorize daily financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process invoices and expense reports.
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Maintain organized accounting documentation.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding accounting matters.
• Support ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as needed.
