Job summary

ProSource is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our fully remote team. You will deliver accurate financial statements, maintain QuickBooks accounts, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support member businesses.

The role includes reconciling accounts, providing payroll services, and ensuring tax readiness, while working with relationship managers and tax professionals. Weekly progress reports help us identify opportunities as we scale.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to bookkeeping.
• Must have extensive QBO experience and accuracy in financial records.
• Stable home internet with backup power/connection options.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely financial statements and troubleshoot with the Bookkeeping team for insights.
• Reconcile and maintain QuickBooks accounts, producing reports and payroll as needed.
• Coordinate with the relationship manager to ensure world-class service for members.
• Coordinate with tax professionals to support on-time tax payments by members.
• Provide weekly progress reports to identify improvement areas while scaling operations.
