Fullstack Advisory seeks a Bookkeeper with 2-3+ years AUS experience to manage a portfolio of progressive tech and online clients. The role emphasizes accuracy in end-to-end bookkeeping, BAS/IAS, payroll, and multi-currency handling. Candidates with CPA aspirations and public practice exposure will thrive in a growth-focused, remote environment.

You will work with modern tech, train others, and contribute to timely, quality financial reporting while maintaining high client service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience handling multiple client files across diverse industries.
• Proficient in end-to-end bookkeeping including reconciliations.
• Experience with BAS/IAS and payroll processing using Xero payroll.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients.
• Code bank transactions and e-payments (Stripe, PayPal) accurately.
• Prepare BAS, IAS, payroll reconciliations, and monthly reports.
