Bravo Outsourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to support our Australian clients from a work-from-home setting. You will take ownership of end-to-end bookkeeping, month-end processes, reconciliations, payroll, BAS/IAS preparation, and management reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Australian bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Xero.
• Solid understanding of Australian BAS, IAS, GST, PAYG, payroll, and superannuation.
• Experience with month-end processing and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience preparing or assisting with management reports.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, reliable, and confident in identifying and resolving accounting issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for Australian clients.
• Perform month-end processing and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare payroll and BAS/IAS documentation.
• Produce management reports and insights for clients.
• Collaborate with multiple clients and meet deadlines.
