Job summary

Offshored is seeking an experienced Intermediate Bookkeeper to join our Philippines-based team and work exclusively with an Australian client. This is a full-time, work-from-home role with direct collaboration with the team in Australia.

You will own day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration, ensuring accurate records, timely invoices, payroll processing, and BAS reporting. The ideal candidate has Australian accounting experience and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience with Australian GST, BAS, payroll and superannuation.
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday during Australian business hours.
• Experience with Xero, QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process supplier bills and customer invoices.
• Assist with customer queries and follow up overdue accounts.
• Process weekly payroll and superannuation.
• Prepare monthly BAS information and reports.
• Complete bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist with financial reporting and budgeting.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and general bookkeeping.
• Work closely with the team in Australia.
