Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience.
• Experience supporting Australian businesses.
• Hands-on experience with Australian payroll, superannuation, PAYG, and STP.
• Strong accounts payable and accounts receivable experience.
• Proficient in communicating with suppliers and customers.
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet and backup power.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and match with purchase orders.
• Process payroll for factory and office employees.
• Allocate customer payments and maintain debtor ledgers.
• Complete regular bank reconciliations and GL allocations.
• Support month-end close and prepare reports.
• Assist with general administration tasks as needed.
