Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Philippines-based Intermediate Accountant to support Australian businesses with end-to-end bookkeeping, general ledger work, payroll processing and monthly reporting. This is a remote, independent contractor engagement aligned with AU business hours, offering flexible time management while delivering accurate financial data for multiple Australian clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• End-to-end bookkeeping and general ledger knowledge.
• Balance sheet reconciliations experience.
• Proficient in Excel and cloud-based accounting software.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for Australian clients.
• Maintain accurate general ledger and process AP/AR.
• Perform reconciliations of bank, cards and balance sheet.
• Prepare accruals, prepayments, payroll and month-end reports.
• Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet).
• Communicate with Australian clients on accounting queries.
