Job summary

Emapta Philippines is recruiting a Bookkeeper to support Australian clients from a permanent work-from-home setup. You will handle Xero bookkeeping, payroll, BAS preparation, and financial reporting while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Australian bookkeeping experience including payroll and BAS.
• Experience supporting Australian tax and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Xero bookkeeping services for multiple clients, including data entry, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, supplier payments, and related activities.
• Prepare IAS, BAS, and SGC statements and reconcile ATO accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.
